Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member, unless 14/15 with a valid school work permit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking clean and inviting.
• Greet guests and communicate clearly while taking orders.
• Assist guests who need extra hands or accommodations.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
