McDonald’s is seeking crew members for both full-time and part-time roles at our Danbury location. You will connect with customers, help them order, and prepare McDonald’s world-famous food in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

We offer competitive wages starting at $16.94 per hour, sick pay up to 40 hours, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms and a meal on your shift, and a 401(k) plan after one year with company match.

Qualifications

• Part-time or full-time crew member positions available.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.
• Willing to learn and grow with training programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
