Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old to work as a Crew Team Member.
• Part-time and full-time shifts may be available, including breakfast, lunch, evening, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and help create a positive experience
• Take customer orders and assist with meals
• Prepare McDonald's menu items according to established standards
• Work with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily restaurant goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
• Complete other restaurant duties as needed
