Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Kingston, NY. You will provide occupational therapy services to patients, working closely with the medical staff to implement treatment plans while maintaining patient confidentiality.

We welcome both experienced therapists and new grads, offering full-time employment with per-diem shifts and true job flexibility. Eligibility for NY licensure is required or pending licensure.

Qualifications

• Completion of an OTA program accredited by ACOTE or its successor.
• Must be licensed or eligible to practice as an OTA in New York State.
• Active membership in state and national AOTA preferred.
• Professional attitude and appearance required.
• Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services as prescribed to patients.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients and medical staff.
• Maintain patient and employee confidentiality and professional conduct.
