Job summary

AccordCare in Wellington, FL is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional, personalized in-home care. Qualifications

• CPR certification, in-person only.
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Take vital signs and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards.
