SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical support at clients’ homes in the Richmond area. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help families maintain a caring environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and strong communication with clients, families, and team members. Training is provided, and flexible hours include both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: PCA/CNA certification.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish effective communication with clients, families, and co-workers.
• Deliver reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as scheduled.
