What you need:

Valid CNA card

CPR card

First Aid card

TB test within the last year or chest x-ray within the last 5 years

Fluency in English is essential

Essential functions:

Personal care activities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving.

Meal preparation: Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.

Errands & appointments: Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

Light housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping activities.

Patient-specific activities: Provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assist with prescribed range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, care of bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
