Job summary

Concierge Care is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in Florida to support elderly clients in their homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, and daily activities, following patient care plans.

We offer flexible schedules and the opportunity to choose clients. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with weekly direct deposit and onboarding support. Background screening is required by Florida law.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA or Home Health Aide certification in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare/home care experience.
• CPR certification or scheduled renewal.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries by attending to basic needs such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks).
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals, and help with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete the client’s shopping or accompany them to do so.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer activities essential for daily living and assist with meals as needed.
