Job summary

TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing is actively seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support facilities with flexible, self-scheduled shifts in Illinois. Take control of your work/life balance and build experience across multiple care settings.

You will deliver basic nursing care, assist residents with daily activities, and perform tasks under licensed nurse supervision, with priority bookings and guaranteed hours for qualified staff.

Qualifications

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience required.
• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist residents with daily needs including personal care.
• Prepare residents for activities and social programs.
• Perform basic nursing procedures under direction of licensed nurse supervisor.
