Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Fairview, OK. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurse aides who are passionate about delivering high‑quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with active CNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk with frequent bending and lifting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete background and drug screening as required by laws.

Responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs in EMR PCC.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance with proper body mechanics.
• Document vital signs and other observations as assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for help.
• Report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control practices.
• Support the nursing team in delivering resident-centered care.
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency.
