Job summary
Right at Home is an in-home care agency on Oahu seeking CNAs and Nurse Aides for flexible scheduling and meaningful work. We offer competitive pay up to $28 per hour, weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits.
Join a locally owned team that values compassion, client safety, and community. Walk-in interviews Wednesdays 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM at 1130 Nimitz Hwy, Kalihi.
We provide training, paid travel time, and opportunities for ongoing education.
Qualifications
- CNA or Nurse Aide certificate/training required.
- Previous Caregiving Or CNA Experience Preferred.
- CPR & First Aid knowledge preferred (can obtain after hire).
- Basic housekeeping and cooking skills.
- Strong time management and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and ethical caregivers.
- Physical stamina to assist clients safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Medication reminders and routine support
- Assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding support
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Assistance with prescribed exercises and encouraging activity
- Grocery shopping, errands, and accompaniment to appointments
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
