Concierge Care VA Agency in Jacksonville, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for private duty, one-on-one home care opportunities in Jacksonville's Southside and Baymeadows area. Flexible PRN and part-time shifts with weekly pay are available.

Roles involve assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication reminders for clients in their homes, with weekday and weekend options based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Social Security card
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months
• Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training
• Eligibility for AHCA/FL Clearinghouse Level 2 background screening

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide companionship and daily living support
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and transportation as needed
• Support clients with Alzheimer's or dementia
