Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Marshfield, MO is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, PCA, HHA, and CNA to provide compassionate, reliable 1:1 in-home care.

Compensation includes $16.00/hr for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver and $17.00/hr for MO CNA, with part-time hours, PRN options, and potential to add more hours.

Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, short commutes, PTO and health benefits are offered, along with training and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
