UEW Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant as a 1099 Independent Contractor to provide in-home care. You’ll create a self‑designed schedule to meet client needs while delivering routine healthcare in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with hygiene and meals, aiding mobility, and light housekeeping, with reporting to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.
• CNA Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• You will follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation, help with mobility, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
