Qualifications

• CNA certification required.

• Ability to work at least 20 hours every 60 days to maintain PRN/Flex status.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares like bathing and grooming.
• Support meals and feeding, including tube feeding assistance.
• Safely assist residents using Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand lifts.
• Help with mobility and transportation.
• Create a safe, caring environment for residents.
