Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification.

• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with aide care and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and take vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and coordinate with RN supervisor.
• Maintain patient safety and report significant changes.
• Support with dietary needs and personal hygiene.
• Complete required documentation post-visit.
