Job summary

MMLSSOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a friendly Cashier to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately while greeting customers and maintaining a clean checkout area.

You will handle bagging, light janitorial tasks, and assist with inventory, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet peak times and events. Prior cashier or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashiering or customer service experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift items up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and perform light janitorial duties as needed.
• Handle repetitive motions involved in scanning items, bagging purchases, and managing cash drawers.
• Lift and carry heavy items as required to assist customers or restock shelves.
• Manage phone etiquette by answering calls professionally and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
