Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Duchess Team Member Cashier at Buckeye Lake to help deliver a great customer experience by greeting shoppers and handling checkout with accuracy.

As a Cashier, you will stock shelves, keep the store clean, and process transactions using POS systems. You’ll promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards and follow safety and compliance rules, with flexible FT/PT hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and excellent service.
• Basic math skills and cash-handling accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible scheduling.
• Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program and offers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
