Job summary

Right at Home Middle Tennessee is urgently hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide compassionate, in-home support with daily activities and companionship.

We offer flexible scheduling, full- or part-time shifts, weekends and overnights, plus weekly pay, health/dental options, paid training, and a referral bonus program.

Applicants should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a driver’s license with vehicle.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's license with vehicle
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Lift/transfer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
