Job summary

MedStaffers is seeking Direct Care Workers to support clients in their homes in Adams County, PA. If you have a heart for helping others and want a flexible schedule, we want to meet you!

You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, errands, meals, medication reminders, and companionship. We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, and both full-time and part-time hours with PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of home care experience preferred; training available.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check.
• Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Helping with mobility: ambulation, transfers, and guided exercises.
• Providing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dishes, laundry, dusting.
• Running errands: grocery shopping or transportation to appointments.
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
• Medication reminders.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
