Job summary

Help at Home is hiring caregivers in your community TODAY. Personal Care Attendant roles involve working 1-on-1 with clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and errands. We offer weekly pay starting at $14 per hour and benefits may vary by state.

Experience is not required, and transportation is needed to reach clients. This position supports clients’ independence and quality of life while offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
• Previous Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to move up to 100 lbs and navigate stairs
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, medication and assisting with meals
• Accompanying clients to activities outside the home such as grocery shopping or errands
