Right at Home Sherman is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities at home. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and medications as needed while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance.
• Reliable mobile phone for clock-in and communication.
• Pass a background check and state registries as required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year caregiving exp or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide bathing, grooming, mobility support, and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with errands and appointments using your vehicle.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the office.
• Document care in electronic records and clock in/out via phone.

Skills
