Right at Home in Hoover, AL is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and CNAs to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes. You choose shifts that fit your life and gain meaningful experience helping seniors live safely and comfortably.

We offer weekly pay at $13-$15 per hour, daily pay option, weekend differential, flexible schedules, health and dental options, training, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, cooking).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with errands or transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
