Right at Home Montgomery is hiring caregivers, personal care assistants, and CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors. Build a schedule around your life by choosing shifts that fit your availability and work with the team to keep clients safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Starting pay ranges from $11–$13 per hour, with pay starting at $13–$15 per hour and options for weekly pay, daily pay via TapCheck, and weekend shift differentials.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, cooking).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with errands or transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
