Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have CPR certification and TB screening or chest x-ray.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services as needed for the client.
• Assist with daily tasks: meals, laundry, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments.
• Support mobility and document observations for the Director of Nursing.
