Job summary

Flagstar is seeking Personal Care Aides to support residents in Allegheny County, PA and surrounding areas. The role offers hourly pay and flexibility in shifts, with options for weekly direct deposit and upcoming daily pay.

You’ll work with a dedicated office staff and benefit from a supportive environment and rewards for referrals. Responsibilities include companion care, mobility assistance, hygiene support, and helping with daily activities based on residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively.
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship with the residents.
• Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
• Help with personal hygiene (i.e. brushing teeth, toileting, bathing).
• Assist with all daily activities, based on the resident's limitations and needs.
