We serve the Sarasota, North Port, Englewood, and Venice communities with flexible full-time and part-time shifts, ongoing training, and supportive office staff who recognize your hard work.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete all employment requirements and screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion at all times.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Following individualized care plans.
• Helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Communicating professionally with families and team members.
• Other caregiving duties as assigned.
