Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking caring caregivers to join our award-winning team. Shifts include mornings, days, and overnights, with part-time or full-time options and flexible scheduling across Burlington, MA and surrounding towns.

You will support clients with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, medication reminders, and companionship. We provide paid training, health insurance options, 401(k), RN support, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable Transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As a caregiver you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Role may include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.
