Job summary

Cambrian Homecare is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across California. The role offers flexible scheduling, a $200 sign-on bonus, and weekly pay, with a pay rate based on location ($19.00–$21.00 per hour).

You’ll join a supportive team available 24/7 and be rewarded for making a difference in clients' daily lives. Responsibilities include supervising safety, assisting with daily activities, transportation support, and personal care as needed, including

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in caregiving.
• Ability to pass a background and reference check.
• TB test, physical exam, CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety.
• Handle behavioral activities and routines.
• Assist with chores, homework, and maintain client/family routine.
• Provide before and after school care.
• Assist with hygiene and personal care as needed.
