Refuel Operating Company, LLC is hiring a C-Store Team Member to provide friendly customer service, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You’ll engage guests, handle money, and help ensure a welcoming experience across shifts.

This full-time or part-time role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; physical tasks include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and helpfully.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer and thank them for their business.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise, check for expired or low items.

• Complete required training and follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
