Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Thonotosassa, FL. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Successful candidates will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implement treatment plans, and track client progress. The role includes flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a clear path for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
