Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Neeses, SC. This part-time position allows for growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work closely with children using ABA strategies and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally if needed.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track progress using PBS tools.
