Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Morris Plains, New Jersey. The positions are part-time with the potential for full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include direct work with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
