Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lexington, SC. These part-time roles offer the chance to work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a pathway for career growth from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Additionally, you'll receive medical benefits for 30+ hours a week and paid travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
