Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position offers part-time roles with the potential to grow as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data to track client progress. Ideal candidates will have experience in ABA therapy or related fields and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.

• Collect and record data to track client progress.
