Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Jacksonville, NC. These part-time positions allow for the possibility of full-time work as caseloads expand.

Key responsibilities include working closely with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies, and communicating with families to ensure client success. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
