Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Hilton Head Island, SC. These part-time positions provide a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow. Employees will work one-on-one with children with autism and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Effective communication

Ability to lift 50lbs

Education

High school diploma
