Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Fayetteville, Georgia. We offer part-time roles with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on caseload expansion.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data under supervision. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a passion for engaging children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and move independently.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
