Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Ellicott City. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling with the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Competitive pay, annual raises, and a pathway for career growth to RBT are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills
