Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Clinton, Maryland. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation
