Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Cape Coral, Florida. Successful candidates will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and collaborate with trained BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation needed; local travel may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and trainings.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation
