Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Brookshire, Texas. These part-time positions come with the potential to transition into full-time as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans, and effectively communicating with families. The roles promote a flexible schedule with competitive pay, bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and travel locally if required.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, or related experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
