Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Bristol, Florida. These roles offer part-time opportunities with the potential to grow into full-time employment as caseloads expand.

Candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism applying ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and communicating with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients physically.
  • Reliable transportation and local travel if required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and track individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
