Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Arcadia, Florida. The positions are part-time with potential for full-time as caseloads expand. Candidates will work directly with children using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Capable of engaging clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care using ABA strategies with supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record progress data using PBS tracking tools.

Skills

Reliable transportation

Experience in ABA therapy

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field a plus)
