Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Fallon, Nevada. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and teams for client success.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.
