Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Dayton, Ohio. These part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow. Candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans and utilizing ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Collect and record data to track progress.
