Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista in Blue Ash, OH. The role involves creating a welcoming guest experience, preparing handcrafted beverages and foods, and delivering exceptional service while following food safety standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support drive-up and order pickup processes, and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and holidays. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet customers warmly.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Deliver handcrafted beverages and foods to specification cards.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness in the Starbucks space.
• Support Drive Up, OPU, and other guest services as needed.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and uphold Food & Beverage standards.
