Qualifications

• Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety onboarding and compliance standards. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and kids.

Responsibilities

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.
• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).
