Wyndy is a childcare platform that connects trusted babysitters with reliable, rewarding job opportunities. Sitters on our platform support families with a wide range of needs—from after-school pickups to evening care and everything in between.

We’re looking for responsible, communicative individuals who are at least 18 years old with at least one year of child care experience. Typical hourly pay ranges from $15 to $25, with payments processed through the Wyndy app, and flexible shifts to fit

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of child care experience (babysitting, daycare, tutoring, camps, etc.)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation (car, transit, or rideshare accepted)
• Responsible, dependable, and communicative

Responsibilities

• Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities
• Preparing meals or snacks
• Managing bedtime routines (if evening shifts)
• Light cleanup related to child care
• Following household guidelines shared before each shift
