Wellthy Care Network in Boulder, CO connects reliable caregivers with families for last-minute childcare. You set your schedule—work twice a week or twice a month—and get paid directly to your bank account.

As an independent care provider, you choose opportunities you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to older kids. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and you’ll help families with safety, routines, and engaging activities while maintaining trust and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliable: you show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety onboarding and meet local childcare compliance standards; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Empathy: you genuinely care about helping families and kids.
• Experience with special needs or neurodivergent conditions.
• Safety certifications: CPR, First Aid, or other safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off screens with fun activities.
• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).
